This module on the Vinyax platform is an application developed to enable you to perform and track E-Reconciliation (EMT) transactions quickly, reliably and easily. Customer-seller reconciliations to be received from ERP or other systems via this application can be sent by mail automatically. The application allows for period-based current reconciliation and BA-BS reconciliations to be made separately. In addition, with its user-friendly interface, sent, approved, rejected reconciliations can be easily filtered and reported.

Problem Notification Environment (PNE) platform is currently being actively used for problem notification and tracking of development requests between Vinya and its customers. On this platform, users can submit their requests by adding files in detail. The process tracking of the transmitted problems or improvements can also be done in detail in this environment, and past correspondence and notifications can also be seen when requested. It is a solution that can be offered to be used as a demand-problem notification environment for use within their own companies in accordance with the needs of our customers.

Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) module is a product that companies can use to track employees, training, protective equipment and documents based on location. According to the hazard classes determined in accordance with the NACE codes of the locations in this product, legal requirements (team numbers, training times, etc.b) it is automatically shown to the user by the program.
